Included Services
Included in the price is our Alpine Breakfast Buffet with mainly Tyrolean products and the use of our sauna and infrared cubicle. W-Lan in the Rooms/Hotel available.
The owner of the Hotel Am Dorfplatz is a state certified ski instructor and mountain guide and will gladly show you the most beautiful areas of the Arlberg (rates on our home page.)

Reserve your winter sports equipment comfortably from home and ensure a 10% discount price with an online reservation. Please ask for more information.
Important: We really care about the atmosphere in our house, therefore we would like you to be informed in advance, that even after a happy good humoured Après-Ski or a late night out at the Clubs, it is required to afford the necessary respect to all other house guests, our family, the property & accommodations. In case of misconduct we have to cancel the lodging contract. There will be NO refund. Thank you very much for your understanding.

We would like to point out that the good fairies at the Hotel am Dorfplatz get a well-deserved day off and thus our rooms and suites are not cleaned on one day of the week. Of course we change towels and fill water bottles as needed on this day as well.
Pricing Information
Our prices are per room/suite per night plus Euro 5.00 tax.
For Short stays (Winter) we charge an extra fee per room and night.
Prices for children from 13 years: please enquire.
Check-In possible starting from 8.00 a.m. (with agreement only - please write us an email or call us).
Check-Out before 10.00 a.m.
Late night Check-In possible (please send us a e-mail before).
Payment: Cash payments, debit or credit cards, no cheques.
Deposit: 30% via bank transfer. For Group Reservations, we need the missing 70% of the total amount 7 days bevore arrival. The balance is to be paid 60 days before arrival. Reservations can only be fixed following written confirmation from both sides, either by email, letter or fax. We recommend taking out Travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation: For bookings for the winter months until 60 days before arrival free of charge. 50% deposit at booking, balance 60 days before arrival. In case of late arrival, early departure or no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
In case of cancellation 60 days or more prior to arrival, we are entitled to charge the respective cancellation fee to your credit card.
