Sustainability, local sourcing, and environmental awareness aren’t just trends to us—they’re a matter close to our hearts. That’s why we’ve reimagined the classic breakfast buffet: Starting now, we’re bringing the buffet right to your table!

Instead of waiting in line at the buffet, you’ll find a lovingly designed living room/lounge  with everything you need for a perfect morning—served on stylish tiered stands and in sustainable glassware,  handcrafted porcelain tableware, or on our high-quality wooden plates—whichever you prefer.  

We source our food and ingredients almost exclusively from local partners and farmers: We bake the bread ourselves or have it made by our village baker; the eggs come from happy free-range chickens right next door; and the dairy products come directly from local alpine pastures.

Fresh, lavishly delicious, but without waste: We serve mindful portions. Is your favorite cheese gone, or would you like another soft-boiled egg? Just let us know—we’ll be happy to bring you fresh refills at no extra charge. This way, we guarantee maximum freshness at your table and, together, take a stand against food waste.
